Matt at DMEx was so kind.  I had taken my computer to one of the larger franchises for repair, and was disappointed with the service. They kept telling me I needed more things added to to fix it.   I am 75, and only began using computers recently to email my grandchildren.  I admit I don't really understand much about how they work. I spent almost $400.00.  After they had my money, I couldn't get anyone on the phone to help when it stopped working again.   Matt fixed  my computer from his office so I would not have to bring it in.  He did it in one day, and the cost was a fraction of what that big company charged me.  He is a good man, and did not take advantage of me because I am a senior. What a blessing!

I recently had some difficulty with my workstation computer—I somehow picked up an ugly and difficult virus that spread porn websites across my monitor. I called Digital Media Express, Inc. (DMEX), and Matt responded right away, logging onto my computer remotely to assess the situation. Less than twenty-four hours later, the ugly (and I mean UGLY) virus was gone and I was back in business. Matt at DMEX has been my IT guy for over 6 years now. He is the only one that I trust with my home computer. I office out of my home 2 to 5 days a week and have all my family photos on my computer as well. I had a major crash about 2 years ago. Matt called it "the Blue screen on death." I brought my PC to Matt and he saved all of my family photos. I can not say how happy my wife was to all of our kids photos back. I moved to Wisconsin and Matt is still the only one that I let work on my PC. I leave my PC on when I am out working and give Matt a call, he logs on from is office and when I get home it is working great.

We recently picked up the "PC Defender" virus which effectively disabled our netbook completely. Got a hold of Matt via a phone call to DMEX and was immediately impressed with his willingness to help me understand the issue and with his confidence that he could fix it quickly. I had the computer back in 24 hours totally cleaned up and protected. He has since help us with our home computer and resolved long standing issues with data transfer, publishing our family website, wireless printing capabilities and security. Matt provides great service at fair rates along with terrific expertise and follow-up!

Matt Blesi came to my rescue again yesterday; he is amazing! Somehow I contacted a virus on my netbook; I contacted Matt and in less than an hour he was able to log onto my system and assist me from his office and had my problem resolved in no time at all. Matt is always very pleasant to work with and is so knowledgable that I've only worked with him or my PC needs for several years. Thanks Matt and DMEX!

smilies/cheesy.gif My computer is my lifeline; thus, when I picked up the nastiest virus I have seen and was unable to handle myself, I found Matt. As we all know in my generation, most of us learned on our own. Matt was professional, timely, did not "talk down" to me, and rates were far less than expected. He even replaced the hard drive which had failed through the whole infection process at a most reasonable cost. I have since called him twice requesting small 'tweaks' that he has graciously and promptly performed remotely. Thank God there are still people like Matt!
